Protesters interrupt Justice Volney's speech

The UNC is calling on Commissioner of Police James Philbert to investigate what the party says is the illegal conduct of protestors at its meeting in St. Joseph last night. The UNC says the appearance of protesters at a lawful political meeting can lead to serious social unrest.
